- All books received for review will be considered for review but we cannot guarantee that all books will be reviewed.
- Our reviews will be fair and unbiased, and will not be influenced by personal beliefs or outside influences.
- We will provide a summary of the book and highlight its strengths and weaknesses, as well as its target audience.
- We may also provide recommendations for similar books or other books by the same author.
- Our reviews will be posted on our blog and social media platforms.
- We will not provide negative reviews solely for the purpose of generating clicks or attention.
- We will try to review books within 7 days of receiving them, but sometimes it may take longer due to the volume of requests we receive.

Refund Policy
- Pro-Book Reviews is committed to providing quality book reviews and customer satisfaction.
- If you have submitted payment for a book review and for some reason wish to cancel the review (Within 2 Days) request before we have begun reviewing the book, we will issue a full refund.
- If we have already begun the review process (After 2 Days) and you wish to cancel, we will refund a prorated amount based on the amount of work that has been completed.
- Once the review has been completed and published on our site, we do not offer refunds.
- In the event that we cannot complete a review due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
- If you believe that a refund is due to you, please contact us within 14 days of the payment.
